Situated in the beautiful community of "The Lake at Lissara," this project was initiated through a referral from Fence Builders-Steve Waegarle. Our clients were struggling with a backyard plagued by drainage issues, rendering it largely unusable. Their goal was a complete transformation: a functional, aesthetically pleasing outdoor living space designed for relaxation and entertaining.

We rose to the challenge by prioritizing drainage, installing a discreet yet high-capacity catch basin to capture runoff. This water is now channeled through a decorative boulder-and-river-rock feature before being safely diverted underground. The new layout is a seamless, multi-functional oasis that connects the porch to a dedicated dining area and a cozy fire pit patio, accented by a naturalistic seat/retaining wall. To complete the transformation, we curated the perfect furniture pieces and layouts, revitalized the front foundation and mailbox landscaping, and installed fresh sod throughout the lawn. Today, the homeowners are enjoying their stunning new retreat and peace of mind with our full-service maintenance program.
