Anthony Lucas joined New Garden a year and a half ago, initially as a temporary employee, but was quickly recognized for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and leadership potential. After coming on full-time, he seized opportunities to grow and sharpen his skills, leading to a promotion to Maintenance Foreman six months ago. Anthony consistently leads his crew with professionalism, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality. His solutions-focused mindset ensures great results for clients while supporting his teammates. His dedication and growth truly reflect building a career at New Garden.

Although Allisa has only been with New Garden for four months, she has grown tremendously in her role as a GET Foreman. From day one, she has embraced every challenge with confidence and determination. She never backs down from what is asked of her and consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and leadership mindset.
Allisa is often one of the first to step up when help is needed, showing her commitment not only to her crew but to the entire team. Her involvement on our Safety Committee further reflects her dedication to maintaining a safe and productive work environment for everyone.
Her passion for the green industry is evident in everything she does, and it’s exciting to see the impact she’s already making in such a short time. Javier has been a valued member of the New Garden team for the past eight years and currently serves as a Foreman for Guilford Landscape Install. He brings a positive attitude to work every day and consistently strives to deliver exceptional installations for each client he serves.

Over the years, Javier has grown into an outstanding equipment operator and has developed strong technical skills that make him a leader in the field. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and spending time with his dog, Benji. Always eager to be outdoors, Javier truly loves nature.
