Ben has been a dedicated member of the New Garden team for the past year and three months, currently serving as an Irrigation Technician at LIS. He consistently brings a positive attitude to his work and has quickly earned the respect of his colleagues through his unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results every day.

A standout quality of Ben’s is his proactive approach to professional development and learning. Recently, he demonstrated great initiative by attending specialized training and successfully completing the Backflow Inspection Certification. This achievement highlights his drive to expand his technical expertise and take on additional responsibilities, making him an invaluable asset to our irrigation department.

Whether he is resolving complex system issues or ensuring every project meets our high standards, Ben approaches each challenge with professionalism and determination. His reliability, sharp attention to detail, and passion for growth serve as an excellent example for his teammates.

This October, Julio will celebrate an incredible 37 years with New Garden. Throughout his career, Julio has been a shining example of hard work, dedication, and leadership. He began his journey as a crew member and steadily worked his way through the ranks, earning the respect of his teammates and leaders at every step.

Julio's commitment to excellence and passion for the industry helped him grow into a Foreman role, where he spent many years developing successful crews and mentoring team members. For the past four years, he has served as the leader of our Landscape Installation team, helping guide projects, support employees, and ensure the high standards our customers have come to expect from New Garden.

Beyond his knowledge and leadership, Julio is known for the joy he brings to the workplace. His positive attitude, genuine care for others, and deep belly laughs have made a lasting impression on countless employees over the years. He has a unique ability to bring people together, lift spirits, and make even the toughest days a little brighter. We are incredibly grateful for Julio's 37 years of service, leadership, and dedication to New Garden. His impact on our company, our employees, and our customers is immeasurable, and we are proud to recognize him for all he has contributed throughout his remarkable career.

Matt has been a dedicated member of the Nature’s Select team for the past five years and currently serves as a Spray Technician. He consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and a deep knowledge of the green industry. His experience and passion for the field have made him an invaluable part of our team and a trusted resource for both coworkers and customers.

Having grown up in the green industry, Matt developed a strong foundation and understanding of the work from an early age. That background, combined with his hands-on experience and commitment to excellence, has allowed him to continuously grow within the company and make a lasting impact on our operations.

In February, Matt was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of our Piedmont office — a well-earned achievement that reflects his dedication, leadership, and the respect he has earned from his team. Since stepping into this role, Matt has continued to lead by example, support his teammates, and help drive the branch's success.
