Ben has been a dedicated member of the New Garden team for the past year and three months, currently serving as an Irrigation Technician at LIS. He consistently brings a positive attitude to his work and has quickly earned the respect of his colleagues through his unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results every day.

A standout quality of Ben’s is his proactive approach to professional development and learning. Recently, he demonstrated great initiative by attending specialized training and successfully completing the Backflow Inspection Certification. This October, Julio will celebrate an incredible 37 years with New Garden. Throughout his career, Julio has been a shining example of hard work, dedication, and leadership. He began his journey as a crew member and steadily worked his way through the ranks, earning the respect of his teammates and leaders at every step.

Julio's commitment to excellence and passion for the industry helped him grow into a Foreman role, where he spent many years developing successful crews and mentoring team members. For the past four years, he has served as the leader of our Landscape Installation team, helping guide projects, support employees, and ensure the high standards our customers have come to expect from New Garden.

Beyond his knowledge and leadership, Julio is known for the joy he brings to the workplace. His positive attitude, genuine care for others, and deep belly laughs have made a lasting impression on countless employees over the years.
