Our Design Solution:
The design process began with understanding Cindy's specific needs for family gathering and function. We tackled the outdoor room as Phase 1, engineering a dynamic hardscape system featuring a mixture of three various circle kits. These were connected by steppers to navigate the property's grade change, culminating in a beautiful seat wall and fire pit area.
To fully realize the property's potential, a key early objective was removing a random, sight-obstructing row of shrubs. This strategic removal dramatically opened the visual space, allowing the eye to sweep back toward the woods and creating a completely enveloped feel, accented by three large perennial sweeps for year-round color.
Additional phases included expanded landscape lighting, a complete foundation planting refresh, and expanded plantings around the fountain area.
