September 2015- Kevin Putnam

Congratulations Kevin!

New Garden’s Employee of the Month for September is Kevin Putnam. Kevin is a member of Guilford North, joining us February 11, 2013. Starting as a crew member learning how New Garden performed maintenance services, he soon proved to be a capable lead man for his foreman. This summer Kevin was faced with the opportunity to fill in for his foreman for three months. He did much more than just the basics, he worked hard to grow his leadership and organizational skills and provided regular feedback to his manager regarding daily activities, concerns and needs. Kevin enjoyed the growth experience and the responsibility, and this October he will become a foreman managing his own route of clients. We thank Kevin for taking the initiative to grow with us.
