November 2020-Gray Johnson

Congratulations Gray! (nice ride!)

Gray Johnson (the guy who drives the cool 1968 Ford Pickup) has been chosen as our November 2020 Employee of the Month. While he came to New Garden with industry experience, he did not have a formal route maintenance background. It was clear early on that Gray was a reliable and responsible person which led to him being considered for a Foreman opening after only a few short months.  Fortunately for us he was willing to step up and train into a Foreman’s position.  Having matured beyond standard maintenance activities, Gray is seeing more of the “Big Picture” on the job sites and has a better understanding of scheduling and thinking ahead to the next season.

We appreciate the awesome attendance, timeliness, and quality work, while the other teams are grateful for his willingness to lend a hand (with a good attitude) when in need.
