New Garden’s Employee of the Month for March is Alejandro Umanzor.

What can you say about an employee who started out as a crewperson back in 1997 and since then has consistently added talent and skills to his New Garden Resume?  From crewperson to lead person, to Residential Foreman, Irrigation Foreman, Lighting Foreman, skilled skid steer, track hoe, and dingo operator, snow mover, stone wall builder, pre-planner, and accurate administrator. Give him a plan and a challenge and he and his crew will figure out how to accomplish it with precision, professionalism and praise from his customers. His growth and acceptance to tackle new skills and challenges is admirable and embodies “The New Garden Way”. He currently lives in Greensboro with his wife and daughter.
