Although Allisa has only been with New Garden for four months, she has grown tremendously in her role as a GET Foreman. From day one, she has embraced every challenge with confidence and determination. She never backs down from what is asked of her and consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and leadership mindset.

Allisa is often one of the first to step up when help is needed, showing her commitment not only to her crew but to the entire team. Her involvement on our Safety Committee further reflects her dedication to maintaining a safe and productive work environment for everyone.

Her passion for the green industry is evident in everything she does, and it’s exciting to see the impact she’s already making in such a short time. We are incredibly proud of her growth and can’t wait to see where her New Garden career takes her. Congratulations, Allisa — this recognition is well deserved!
