Congratulations to Javier Dominguez, our Employee of the Month for January! Javier has been a valued member of the New Garden team for the past eight years and currently serves as a Guilford Landscape Install Foreman. He brings a positive attitude to work every day and consistently strives to deliver exceptional installations for each client he serves.

Over the years, Javier has grown into an outstanding equipment operator and has developed strong technical skills that make him a leader in the field. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and spending time with his dog, Benji. Always eager to be outdoors, Javier truly embraces a love for nature.
