Already a Subscriber but not seeing our Emails?

1. Check your spam folder! Be sure to add info@newgarden.com to your email whitelist.

2. We use an opt-in subscription method. If you do not confirm that you want to be on our list when the confirmation email is sent you will not be added. Be sure to check your spam folder!

3. Occasionally we will ask for reconfirmation from people who haven't opened any of our emails in a long time-this keeps up from bothering you if you no longer want to hear from us. If you do not reply to the reconfirmation email you are automatically unsubscribed. If you think that may be why you're not receiving emails, contact us at info@newgarden.com to be manually added back to the list.
