Congratulations Javier!

Javier joined the New Garden Landscape team just over 1 year ago. He came to us with a good skill set and under the guidance of several of our tenured Foreman his abilities increased. When a Foreman’s position became suddenly available he was ready to step in. The skills that he exhibits that make him a success are: he is well-spoken in English and Spanish, inquisitive, and not afraid to ask questions when he is not sure. He has a great work ethic, preplans, handles all our equipment, vehicles and trailers with skill, and is willing to work with other Foreman or crew members. He is cross trained in Landscape and Maintenance, quality oriented, and understands that satisfying the customer is his number one responsibility. He is confident in what he knows and is eager to learn more skills.
