November 2023-Charles Dillon

Congratulations Charles!

Charles Dillon is November’s employee of the month. Charles has just started in a new role as the Landscape Install Foreman for Forsyth. Charles has been with New Garden since February of 2023. He has shown great interest in developing and learning new skills here at New Garden. Charles is also enrolled in our education program at Alamance community college.

Charles has received many compliments from his fellow employees and clients about his good work. He always leaves the job sites clean and tidy. In his free time Charles enjoys working on his motorcycle and spending time with his friends and family. We look forward to watching Charles flourish with New Garden!
