Team mindedness and flexibility from our staff are imperative attributes in order for New Garden to provide excellent customer service. We truly appreciate that Thomas Shoaf has demonstrated this repeatedly while working in our Full Service Landscape Maintenance department. Reporting much earlier than his typical shift to assist others with an extra busy day and on occasions running a basic route to allow foreman to vacation while having the confidence that their clients are being cared for are two examples of Thomas’ contributions to the team as a whole.
