Congratulations Jessica!

Jessica started in the industry honestly, pulling weeds as a small child in her father’s greenhouse at the family nursery in upstate NY. From 1996 to 2011 she worked at a propagation nursery and retail garden center called Meadowbrook Farm in suburban Philadelphia. They grew lots of specialty plants for high end clients who regularly won the top awards for plant quality at the Philadelphia Flower Show.

New Garden was lucky to get her to move to NC in 2011 where she started managing the Village retail center. By 2014 Jessica was recruited to be our main marketing person and a major help with all things tech related. Jessica has a unique skill set combining in-depth plant knowledge with high tech computer skills, programming skills and systems improvement skills. She helps everyone with a computer based or plant ID questions on a daily basis, in addition to managing the New Garden website, social media and marketing campaigns. We are truly lucky to have her on our team.
