December 2017-Sam Young

Congratulations Sam!

The New Garden Employee of the Month for December  is Sam Young.Attitude is everything. Sam Young was hired as a water truck operator in May of 2016, which allowed Bernardino (the previous operator) to begin training as a Landscape Foreman. Many months later Sam has worked on a maintenance crew, landscape crew, irrigation crew, has installed warranties, helped do some retail deliveries, delivered materials to job sites and just finished up running the large leaf truck.

His attitude of willing to help in any way to satisfy our customers is a tremendous blessing to our company. Sam’s attitude has made him a highly interoperable employee at New Garden and is very much deserving as this month’s Employee of the Month.
