Congratulations Brice!

Brice started with New Garden in July 2018, as a crew member on the Garden Enhancement Team. Brice learned skills quickly and proved to be a dependable, steady and reliable member of our team. We offered him a position on the Hort team in early 2019 and he did an excellent job of continued growth in his horticultural skills, self-management of time and was able to run the route when the foreman was out. Brice was also a big help in assisting with some building projects for the company this year, bringing his carpentry skills to our attention. When the position of Irrigation and Lighting Technician came open we asked if he was interested in growing further with the company, knowing we were taking advantage of his obvious mechanical and building skills. Brice accepted the challenge and has been training in that division for the last 2 weeks. In his spare time Brice enjoys playing Magic the Gathering and D+D games, reads books, watches movies and spends time with friends
