I have been meaning to send you a note for over a month now regarding Tripp Vockel. Since English is not my first language sometimes I get a little help from the dictionary or my husband. I wanted to have to right words to describe Tripp and how great it has been having him as our Account Manager. He has been part of all the New Garden services we had so far & after loosing Melody it was very pleasing to have him as our new manager. 

 I cannot find the words to describe how I feel about him to you for there are none ! So I will make it short and simple. Thank you for having Tripp Vockel in the New Garden Family. He is simply WONDERFUL ! He is very professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable, smart , creative, helpful & a master. We have always been very happy with New Garden but now we have had the best season we ever had in our garden with help from Tripp.   

 Eric & I wanted to make sure we let you how happy and pleased we are with Tripp and his wonderful team, Michael, [Huot] (?), Nick & Dylan. Great group of professional who care and know exactly what to do. Then there is Jerry Hilton & his incredible team at the Gazebo which I consider part of my family. Jeremy, Betsy, Chris, Eleanor, Ann, John, and the rest all wonderful people who give so much to us. I call the Gazebo "My Happy Place".

Thank you for all you do for us. We love shopping at New Garden and having New Garden taking care of our yard and garden which we are so passionate about. We feel very fortunate to have chosen you and at the same time I feel very smart !!!
