Congratulations David!

David Walters came to New Garden two years ago with a lot of experience in the commercial style of landscape maintenance. He had little to no experience with hand pruning and plant knowledge and very little experience with forming and maintaining client relationships. David has worked very hard at advancing his knowledge and skills in the last two years and is now a foreman that can be trusted to see and take care of the details, like pruning, that lie beyond the responsibilities of just mowing and blowing a property. He has a true willingness to work hard, a desire to learn more and a determination to advance with New Garden.

David has also formed great working relationships with his clients and takes the initiative to communicate with them about any issues, planning or ideas that he has. Lastly, David is always willing to impart his knowledge with his crew member and works hard at grooming his guys to take the same pride in their work that he himself does. Outside of New Garden, David is a big movie buff and film critic with his own YouTube channel. He is also a devoted father.
